How to get a new video card driver?

i have a vostro 1000



i have an ati readon xpress 1150

i have tried getting the drivers but it says its not compatable. I got driver genius thing, tried to install the videocard driver and it said it wasnt compatable. i have a video card driver but its not the upto date one. please help.

i have win XP|||The best place to get drivers for laptops is from the manufacturer's website.
