When putting in a high end graphic card to a computer that wasnt made for it do i need a new fan?

What is required on top of putting in a new video card to my PC, will the fan on the card be sufficent or will i need an additional one.

If it happens to be a laptop you are out of luck, you can't upgrade the graphics.|||Most likely. Upgrading a computer is usually an exercise in futility because upgrading one component makes the deficiencies of the other components stand out. Your best shot is just to go with Apple.
