How do I install new video card for dell precision 450?

I replaced the old video card with PNY GeForece 6200 AGP. When I turn the computer on, the monitor does not read anything. I have upgraded the RAM from 512mb to 1GB. I took out the CMOS battery and put it back in to find that it still does not read the new video card. Both the cards are AGP so it should work right?|||Start in Safe Mode - keep tapping F8 when booting up

Control Panel

Add/Remove Programs

Remove old Driver

Reboot

Install new driver





http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.asp…|||Try taking out your RAM and putting it back in. If this doesn't work try starting up the computer with no RAM in it. If this works, try the new RAM again, if that fails again you going to have to use the old RAM.
