PCI Video cards for 230 Watt psu?

My dell dimension e310 has two PCI slots (not express) and a PCI-E x1 slot.

I would like to upgrade and get a new video card but I only have a 230 watt psu.

If there is any video card it would need to have at least 512mb video ram.

Please help :(|||PCI is outdated, you're can't get there from here.

For gaming on a budget you'll want a desktop, not a laptop. Laptops cost twice as much for half the performance.|||First, this power supply is not enough even for the onboard crap you have now.Second,do you really call an upgrade a pci video card?Third, you are wasting your money upgrading this dinosaur.|||I'd build a desktop personally. Investing in obsolete video cards isn't really going to get you any performance gains|||You would need a pic-e x16 slot or at least an AGP slot.
