New video card sets resolution to 640x480 with 4 bit color quality and cannot change? This is a fresh os and try ed both drives from cd and nvidia web site. Every time computer will set its resolution to 640x480... Need help .....|||download the driver :D it might help|||RMA it you might have gotten a faulty one.
