Issues with the new video card?

I just bought a new video card, 8800 GT. I've done installing video cards before on my other PC. But this one acts up. My new PC is a Lenovo J series. When I install the card and turn on my PC, there is a high pitch buzzing sound coming out from the PC and there is nothing in the monitor screen... And when I put it back to the internal video card, everything goes fine. Whats wrong with it? Do I need to add an extra power supply? Did I miss something?|||check the wattage of your power supply and the demand for the graphics card.|||ahhh, high pitched buzzing, NEVER a good sign! this sound means something is working too hard! Usualy a FAN attached to a heatsink. Make sure nothing is obstructing any of the fans in your computer. Make sure your current power supply can handel the load of the added video card. Most of the time the pre manufactured computers can not! and in that case you might have to upgrade your power supply. Your best bet would be to take it to an IBM(Lenovo) service center and have then perform the upgrade for you.
