I installed a new video card on my computer?

now it tells me no audio output is enabled, yet my speakers are clearly plugged in, what should I do|||When stuff that worked stops working after installing a device, I go to device manager and remove the device that isn't working. Then I search for changes. 9 times out of 10 it reactivates the device and all is good.
