My Dell XPS 410 video card went out. I put new one in and it needs a HD driver that is on my Dell Drivers and Utilities Resource CD. But how do I download it on my computer. I put the CD in and then I don't know what to do. It has a huge menu... Thanks!|||Control Panel>System>Hardware Device Manager.
Go to VGA Right click>Update driver.
Select your CD and browse to VGA folder and select the correct one.
You probably would also be able to do that through the CD. Browse to the folder that says VGA or Monitor etc. and select the correct driver.
Or
If your CD has a file called Setup.exe then you can double click it and the installation would be automatic.
